This app seems very nice, not sure how accessible it is but i have to say for those with low vision may be interesting to try it, is very cheap.

iOS 7: I hear is accessible, but please before buying ask the developer, i believed i tried this app when was free and was alright in accessibility but you never know how accessible is now.
